TIME CUTS 1ª STAGE
The starting point of the 1st stage is in Naturland and the arrival at the Grau Roig ski resort.
Departure time is 08:00.
All participants are required to follow the route marked by the Organization without leaving through all the checkpoints.
It is mandatory to respect everything that the people in charge of the checkpoints say.
The route can be modified by the organization.
There are three time cuts scheduled at 10:30 a.m. CLAROR SHELTER, AT 12:00 PM ESTRER SERRER AT 3:00 PM MONTMALUS SHELTER. The instructions set by the Organization at that time must be followed.
Maximum arrival time, 8 hours.
The organization can also stop a team or make it wait in the different shelters until it deems it appropriate.
Both at the start, during the race or arrival, organization may ask to verify the required material.

TIME CUTS 2ª STAGE
The starting point, on Sunday at 10:00, from the Sorteny car park at 1,985m and the arrival at the Ordino, Arcalís ski resort at 2,100m.
All participants are required to follow the route marked by the organization without leaving and passing through all checkpoints.
It is mandatory to respect everything that the people in charge of the checkpoints say.
The route can be modified by the organization.
The organization can also stop a team or make it wait in the different shelters until it deems it appropriate.
Whether on departure, during the race or on arrival, the organization may ask to verify the required material.

KM2
Refuge Roca de Pymes (2.160m)
Refuge not guarded, located between the zone of Conangle and the zone of the Solana de Caborreu to 2.160m of height. It belongs to the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria.
KM9
Claror Refuge (2.280m)
Refuge not guarded, located in the Valley of Claror, between the hill of Prat Primer and Perafita to 2,280m of height. It belongs to the parish of Sant Julià de Lòria.

Lake of the Nou
Located between the refuges of Claror and Perafita.
KM11,3
Refuge of Perafita (2.200m)
Refuge not guarded, located to the left of the river of Perafita to 2,200m of height. It belongs to the parish of Escaldes-Engordany.
KM18
Refuge of the Orris (2.230m)
Refuge not guarded, located next to the plain of the Ingla, to the right of the river Madriu, to 2,230m of height. It belongs to the parish of Escaldes-Engordany.
KM20
Refuge and Lake of the Illa (2.488m)
Refuge not guarded, located in Gargantillar, just below the lake of the Island, to 2.488m of height. It belongs to the parish of Encamp.
Currently they are doing works to be a shelter saved during the year 2016.

Refuge of Montmalús (2.445m)
Refuge not kept, located next to the ponds of Montmalús, to 2,445m of height. It belongs to the parish of Encamp.

Refuge Borda de Sorteny (1.985m)
Refuge Borda de Sorteny, altitude 1.985m, sheltered refuge, located above Pleta de sorteny. It belongs to the parish of Ordino.

Refuge of Rialb (1.990m)
Refuge of Rialb, 1.990m altitude, sheltered shelter, located between La Rabassa and Rialb. It belongs to the parish of Ordino.
